The pavilion shared by Bald Rock & The Divde at Bald Rock is there for you to use. We keep the kitchen and bathrooms locked when not in use. We can seat up to 120 people at the pavilion. There are two wood burning fireplaces, an open bar (with ice maker and wine cooler), a full kitchen, two bathrooms, and a large charcoal grill. You can arrange to use this wonderful facility by contacting:

A few simple rules of the pavilion are:
- Schedule your usage with the Divide Business Center.
- You are responsible for any damage from guests and caterers.
- Obtain a key only from the Divide Business Center.
- Chairs and Tables are stored in the “basement”.
- You are responsible for your plates, cups, paper products, and table service.
- You are responsible for cleanup, putting tables & chairs into storage, and all trash removal.
- We recycle; please put cans and bottles in that container placing the recycle bag in the “basement”.
- You are responsible for turning the lights out, and locking up.

Safety & Security
The Bald Rock Property Owners Association has Blue Ridge Public Safety under contract as the Special Police and Security Patrol for the Bald Rock Communities. Further we have a contract with BRPS to monitor the gate for the Communities.
BRPS is on call 24/7 and has their Central Dispatch and Communications Center located on Hwy 64 across the main entrance to the Sapphire Resorts Community. BRPS patrols our communities providing on-site security and law enforcement within the boundaries of the Bald Rock Community. All property owners enjoy the services that BRPS provide.
BRPS is a “Special Police Organization” certified by the North Carolina Department of Justice. Special Police Officers undergo the same education, training, and standards as any other state certified peace office. BRPS officers further undergo a fifteen week accredited Basic Law Enforcement Training. BRPS has the same statutory authority as county level police officers.
In addition to patrols, BRPS also investigate crimes within our Community, investigate trespassers, and enforces traffic laws anywhere in our Community. BRPS officers will come to your aid if you have any roadside emergency, and also come into the Community anytime we have a Fire or EMS call to assist as needed.
Many homeowners have further contracted BRPS to monitor their home alarm system, do weekly exterior inspections, or even daily walk-around exterior inspections.
